1. Order modification/ Cancellation Criteria

1.1 Order Modification: Orders can be modified within 24 hours from the moment you placed the order. 

1.2 Order Cancellation: Orders can be modified within 24 hours from the moment you placed the order. We will charge a restocking fee of 4.99.00 USD on this cancellation. 

We do not guarantee cancellation of or modification in orders during any period and we reserve the right to process your order. Email us at support@badbunnyofficial.store to cancel your order.

2. Refund Criteria

You cannot get a refund except if you have the following case:

• You do not receive your ordered items at all (subject to investigation).
• It has not been 24 hours since you placed the order!

3. Refunds and Store Credits

3.1 Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 3 working days of refund claim approval by the concerned team. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3.2 Store Credits: In some cases, we may offer store credits instead of refunds. Store credits can be used towards future purchases on our website and are valid for a specified period. Any remaining balance after using the store credit will be forfeited.
